The Gipsy Method
Scout. Pack. Install. Train. Run.
CyberGipsy is an AI business studio that installs working systems in five phases over roughly thirty days: we map the business, package the offer, build the automations inside your own accounts, train your team until they use it without us, and then run the operating rhythm with you.
Inside the work
Scout · days 1-5
We map the business: money flow, lead flow, job flow, team, tools and the local market. You get an AI Opportunity Map with the automations ranked by return.
Pack · days 5-12
Positioning, offer, price logic, identity and assets. The business becomes sellable at the price it deserves.
Install · days 12-30
Agents, automations, integrations and dashboards go live inside the accounts you already own. Nothing lives in a black box we control.
Train · days 25-35
Your team is taught, filmed and documented. Adoption is the metric we report, not activity.
Run · ongoing
Monthly operating review, tuning, new agents, new cities. We stay only as long as we are producing more than we cost.
Non-negotiables. You own every account. Every automation has a named human owner on your side. Every AI output that reaches a customer is reviewable and logged. Adoption is measured weekly.
What you get, week by week
| Week | Deliverable | Who is involved |
|---|---|---|
| Week 1 | AI Opportunity Map: every leak found, ranked by return, with the cost of doing nothing | Owner, ops lead |
| Week 2 | Offer, price logic and assets rebuilt where packaging is in scope | Owner, sales |
| Week 3 | Core systems live in your accounts, running in parallel with the old way | Ops, office |
| Week 4 | Training, documentation, adoption measurement, cutover | Whole team |
| Month 2+ | Monthly operating review, tuning, next system | Owner, ops lead |
Frequently asked questions
How can an install take only 30 days?
Because we install one working system, not a transformation programme. Scope is fixed on day five, the build runs in parallel with your operations, and training starts before the system is finished. Multi-site and heavily integrated builds take six to eight weeks and we say so up front.
What do you need from us?
About two hours in week one, access to the accounts we will build in, and one named person on your side who owns adoption. Without that person, installs fail regardless of the technology.
Who owns the systems?
You do. Every account, API key, dataset and workflow is registered to your company. We build to be removable, and we will hand over documentation whether you stay with us or not.
What if the team refuses to use it?
Then we built it wrong. Adoption is measured weekly and a system under seventy percent weekly active use is treated as our defect, not your people's attitude.
Do you work remotely or on site?
Both. Scouting and field training happen in person where scope justifies it. The build runs remotely with weekly sessions. In our flagship cities we work with local crew and partners.
What happens after the install?
A monthly operating rhythm: review the numbers, tune what is drifting, add the next system. We stay only as long as we produce more than we cost, and we would rather hand over to your own operator than build dependence.
Start with the map, not the build
The AI Opportunity Audit shows you where the money is leaking before anyone writes a line of automation.
