CyberGipsy prices every engagement as a fixed build plus, where relevant, a monthly retainer. We quote after a diagnostic, and we always show what the system replaces — usually a salary, an agency retainer, or the jobs currently lost to slow response.

The 30-Day Install Guarantee. If the agreed system is not live and used by your team within thirty days of kickoff, we work free until it is. That is the entire risk reversal, and it is the reason we fix scope before we start.
Frequently asked questions
Why are there no fixed prices on the site?
Because a price without a comparison is just a number. The same system is cheap for a company losing four jobs a month to slow replies and expensive for one losing none. We quote after the diagnostic, against what it replaces.
What is the smallest way to start?
The Diagnostic Sprint: a fixed-fee five-day engagement producing the AI Opportunity Map. Its fee is credited against your first package if you go ahead.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. Fixed builds and monthly retainers. Hourly billing rewards us for being slow, which is the wrong incentive for both sides.
Is there a minimum term?
Acquisition retainers run six months minimum because search, reviews and outbound do not produce meaningful signal faster than that. Operations installs have no minimum retainer at all.
Do you take equity or revenue share?
Occasionally, and only in Command engagements where we are genuinely inside the operating rhythm. It is never the default.
What is the guarantee?
The 30-Day Install Guarantee. If the agreed system is not live and used by your team within thirty days of kickoff, we keep working at no charge until it is.
