AI Content Engine: SEO, Social and Email Production at Scale

A content engine turns one hour of your input per week into a month of publishable material: search articles, project pages, social posts, email sequences and sales collateral. CyberGipsy builds the pipeline, the brand rules and the review step, so output stays consistent and factual.

Definition. An AI content engine is a repeatable production pipeline in which research, drafting, formatting, publishing and repurposing are automated, with humans supplying source material and final approval.

The problem this removes

  • You post when you remember, which is never, and your feed looks abandoned.
  • Writing one article takes a whole evening and it still reads like a brochure.
  • You have five years of finished projects and none of them are documented anywhere a customer can see.

What we actually build

  1. Source capture

A simple way to feed the engine: voice notes from site, job photos, completed project data.

  2. Brand and fact rules

Voice guide, banned words, claim rules, and a fact base the models must not contradict.

  3. Topic architecture

Clusters tied to money pages, not random blogging.

  4. Draft pipeline

Research, outline, draft, edit, fact-check, format, schedule.

  5. Repurposing

One project becomes an article, five social posts, a newsletter section and an ad script.

  6. Approval step

One person, one queue, one tap. Nothing publishes unreviewed.

  7. Performance loop

What ranked, what converted, what got cited by AI engines. Topics are chosen from data.

How the install works

Five steps. Nothing here is a workshop.

  1. Define the money pages

Content exists to feed them. Everything links up.

  2. Build the fact base

Services, prices, guarantees, materials, timelines, real project data.

  3. Set the capture habit

Fifteen minutes a week from the field. This is the only part that needs you.

  4. Run the pipeline

    Weekly batch: publish, schedule, repurpose.

  5. Prune and double down

Kill topics that do nothing, expand clusters that convert.

What changes, in numbers

Honest ranges from installs of this type. Your baseline is measured during the diagnostic so the comparison is yours, not an industry average.

What AI will not do here

Volume without truth is worthless. AI can write fluently about your work but it cannot know what happened on site, so the engine depends on you supplying real material. We build the capture habit first. We also do not publish AI text that makes factual claims about materials, regulations or safety without a human specialist signing it off.

AI Content Engine (SEO, social, email): questions we get asked

Will Google penalise AI-written content?

Google penalises unhelpful content, regardless of how it was made. Content grounded in real projects, real numbers and real expertise performs well. Mass-generated filler does not, and we do not produce it.

How much of my time does it need?

Roughly an hour a week: voice notes from the field, photos, and approvals. That input is what makes the output specific enough to rank and to convert.

Who checks the facts?

A human, always, before publishing. Anything the model cannot verify is flagged rather than invented. That rule is written into our production process.

Can it write in my voice?

Yes. We build a voice profile from your own recordings and past material. The result reads like your best emails, not like a language model.

What about images and video?

Handled by the photo and video production systems, which run off the same source material. One site visit feeds the whole month.

How soon does content pay off?

Social and email produce quickly. Search content usually takes three to six months to compound. We front-load the pieces that support existing demand so there is something working early.

Is ai content engine (seo, social, email) your highest-return system?

The audit ranks every automation by return for your specific business. Most companies discover the answer is not the one they expected.
