AI Video Production and UGC Ads for Service Businesses

CyberGipsy turns raw phone footage from your jobs into a steady stream of finished video: short vertical clips, before-and-after reels, testimonial edits, explainer videos and paid ad variants. The pipeline handles editing, subtitles, voice-over, translation and versioning, so production stops depending on an agency.

Definition. AI video production is an assisted pipeline in which selection, editing, captioning, voice-over and format adaptation are automated, so that a business can publish video continuously from ordinary source footage.

The problem this removes

  • You film things and they die in the camera roll.
  • One promotional video from an agency cost more than a month of ads and you used it twice.
  • Your competitors post daily and look bigger than they are.

What we actually build

  1. Capture kit

A simple shot list your crew can follow with a phone: arrival, problem, process, result, client reaction.

  2. Ingest

Footage uploaded from site to a single library, tagged automatically by job and service.

  3. Auto-edit

Highlights selected, cut to rhythm, colour matched, branded, exported vertical and horizontal.

  4. Captions and translation

Burned-in subtitles, plus translated versions for multilingual cities.

  5. Voice-over

Cloned or synthetic narration where the site audio is unusable, always disclosed when it represents a person.

  6. Ad variants

Ten to thirty hooks per concept for paid testing, generated and rotated automatically.

  7. Publishing

Scheduled to the platforms that matter in your city.

How the install works

Five steps. Nothing here is a workshop.

  1. Design the shot list

Five shots per job. Anyone on the crew can do it.

  2. Set up ingest

One folder, one app, no editing skill required on site.

  3. Build the template

Your brand, your rhythm, your captions style.

  4. Produce the first batch

Twenty pieces from existing footage, to prove the pipeline.

  5. Run weekly

Publish, measure, refresh hooks, retire fatigued creatives.

What changes, in numbers

What AI will not do here

AI does not replace a real camera on a real job. Generated video of work that never happened is dishonest and, in advertising, often illegal. We use synthetic footage only for abstract or illustrative moments and we label voice cloning. Testimonials must be real people saying real things: we edit them, we do not fabricate them.

AI Video Production & UGC Ads: questions we get asked

Do we still need to film?

Yes, and that is the point. Real footage of your real work is the asset. The pipeline removes the editing bottleneck, not the filming.

What equipment do we need?

A modern phone, a small clip-on microphone and a cheap tripod. Anything more is optional until volume justifies it.

Can you use AI avatars?

For explainer and internal content, yes. For anything that implies a real customer or a real result, no. That line is not negotiable.

How many ad variants should we test?

Enough to find the hook that works, usually ten to thirty per concept. Creative volume, not targeting, is where most local ad accounts are actually losing.

Who writes the scripts?

The engine drafts from the job data and your voice profile. You approve. Hooks are generated in batches and tested rather than debated.

What about music rights?

We use licensed or platform-native audio only. Using trending music without rights is a real risk for a business account and we avoid it.

Is ai video production & ugc ads your highest-return system?

The audit ranks every automation by return for your specific business. Most companies discover the answer is not the one they expected.
