AI Lead Generation for Contractors and Local Service Businesses
CyberGipsy is an AI business studio that installs a complete lead generation machine for contractors and local service businesses: search visibility, paid capture, outbound, and instant qualification, all connected to one pipeline. Most installs go live in 30 days and are owned entirely by the client.
Definition. AI lead generation is the use of automated agents and models to find, attract, qualify and route potential customers, so that a business receives ready-to-quote enquiries instead of raw traffic.
The problem this removes
- You pay for leads, but half of them are tyre-kickers and nobody filters them before they reach you.
- Enquiries arrive across six channels — form, WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, marketplace, referral — and there is no single list.
- The good months came from word of mouth and you cannot repeat them on purpose.
What we actually build
Demand map
We rank every channel in your city by cost per qualified job, not cost per click.
Capture layer
Landing pages per service and per district, forms that pre-qualify, click-to-WhatsApp, callback widget.
Qualification agent
An AI agent asks the 6 questions your estimator always asks and scores the lead before you see it.
Routing
Qualified leads land in your CRM with source, city, service, budget band and urgency attached.
Speed-to-lead
Automatic first reply in under 60 seconds, in the channel the customer used.
Nurture
Sequences for the 70% who are not ready this week, so they come back to you and not to a competitor.
Attribution
One dashboard: spend, leads, qualified leads, quotes, won jobs, margin by source.
How the install works
Five steps. Nothing here is a workshop.
Audit the leaks
We count every enquiry from the last 90 days and find where they died.
Fix the capture
Pages, forms and messaging channels rebuilt around the services that actually pay.
Install the agent
Qualification, first reply and routing go live in your own accounts.
Open the channels
Search, maps, paid, marketplaces and outbound switched on in the order of proven ROI.
Tune weekly
We read the dashboard with you every week and move budget to what converts.
What changes, in numbers
Honest ranges from installs of this type. Your baseline is measured during the diagnostic so the comparison is yours, not an industry average.
| Measure | Typical before | After install |
|---|---|---|
| First response time | 4-24 hours | Under 60 seconds |
| Enquiries qualified before a human sees them | 0% | 70-90% |
| Leads with a recorded source | Rarely | 100% |
| Follow-up attempts per lead | 1-2 | 7-12, automated |
| Time the owner spends triaging | 5-8 h/week | Under 1 h/week |
What AI will not do here
AI will not turn a bad offer into a good one, and it will not create demand where none exists. If your price, portfolio and reviews are weaker than your competitors', the machine will simply show you that faster. That is why lead generation is installed after packaging, not before it. Complex, high-trust sales still close on a human call — the agent gets you to that call warm and fast.
AI Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: questions we get asked
How is this different from buying leads from a marketplace?
Marketplace leads are sold to four companies at once and you compete on speed and price. This system builds channels you own — your search visibility, your database, your reviews, your outbound list — so the cost per job falls over time instead of rising.
How fast can it be live?
A standard install is 30 days: week one audit and capture, week two qualification agent, week three channels, week four tuning and training. Simple single-service businesses often go live in under three weeks.
Will customers know they are talking to AI?
Yes, where it matters. Our policy is to disclose automated first contact and to hand over to a human the moment the customer asks or the conversation gets complex. Hiding it damages trust and, in several markets, breaks the law.
What if I already have a CRM?
Better. We build on top of it. We do not sell software and we do not move you onto a platform we control. Everything runs in accounts registered to your company.
Do I need to spend on ads?
Not to start. The first wins usually come from response speed, reactivating your existing database, review generation and local search. Paid spend is added once we know what a qualified job costs you.
What does it cost?
Client acquisition installs typically run as a fixed build plus a monthly retainer. The honest way to judge it is against what it replaces: usually a part-time marketer, an agency retainer, and the jobs currently lost to slow replies.
