AI Project and Field Operations Management
CyberGipsy connects the site to the office: daily reports generated from photos and voice notes, progress tracked against plan, issues raised automatically, and a live view of every job. The crew does not fill in forms; they take photos and talk, and the system writes the record.

What AI will not do here
The system reports reality; it does not manage people. If a crew is behind because it is under-resourced, better reporting will show it faster and change nothing on its own. Site connectivity is also a real constraint: capture works offline and syncs, but live dashboards depend on signal. And no automated record replaces the site manager's judgement about what actually matters today.
AI Project & Field Operations: questions we get asked
Will the crew actually use it?
They use it if it removes work rather than adding it. Speaking for a minute is easier than writing a report, which is why voice-first capture is the design. If adoption is under seventy percent after training, we treat that as our problem to fix.
Does it work without internet on site?
Capture works offline and syncs when there is signal. Basements, tunnels and remote sites are exactly why this is built that way.
Can clients see the reports?
You control that. Most companies send a curated weekly summary rather than raw daily logs, and the system generates both.
What about safety and compliance records?
Toolbox talks, inductions, permits and inspection records can run through the same capture flow, which is usually where the biggest paperwork saving is.
Does it replace my project management software?
No. It feeds it. If you already use a scheduling or PM tool, we connect to it rather than replacing it.
How long is the install?
Typically three to five weeks including field training, because adoption on site is slower and more important than the technical setup.
