Reputation Management and Review Automation

CyberGipsy installs a review engine that asks every satisfied customer at the right moment, routes unhappy customers to you first, drafts responses to every review, and reports sentiment by service and by crew. Reviews drive map rankings, conversion and, increasingly, what AI assistants recommend.

Definition. Review automation is a system that requests, monitors, responds to and analyses customer reviews continuously, rather than depending on someone remembering to ask.

The problem this removes

  • You have eleven reviews and the competitor above you has four hundred.
  • The only people motivated enough to write a review are the angry ones.
  • A bad review sits unanswered for three months on the first page of your name.

What we actually build

  1. Trigger design

The request goes out at the moment of maximum satisfaction, which is specific to each service.

  2. Multi-channel asks

SMS, WhatsApp, email or QR at handover, whichever your customers actually use.

  3. Feedback gate done correctly

Unhappy customers are invited to tell you privately first. We never block anyone from posting publicly.

  4. Response drafting

Every review gets a considered, non-generic reply, drafted for approval.

  5. Monitoring

All platforms that matter in your city, plus social mentions.

  6. Sentiment analytics

Themes by service, by location and by crew, so complaints become operational fixes.

  7. Showcase

Reviews syndicated to your site with proper schema.

How the install works

Five steps. Nothing here is a workshop.

  1. Fix the moment

Identify the exact handover point per service.

  2. Build the ask

Short, personal, one link, no incentives that break platform rules.

  3. Set up routing

Private feedback path for problems, public path for praise.

  4. Automate responses

    Draft, approve, publish. Nothing generic.

  5. Report monthly

Volume, rating, response time and themes.

What changes, in numbers

What AI will not do here

We do not buy, write or incentivise reviews. It violates every major platform's rules, it is illegal in several of our markets as unfair commercial practice, and it is detectable. We also do not suppress negative reviews. A steady, honest review profile with well-handled complaints outperforms a suspiciously perfect one, both with customers and with ranking systems.

Reputation & Review Automation: questions we get asked

How many reviews do I need?

Enough to beat the businesses ranking above you, and arriving consistently. A steady trickle signals an active business; a sudden burst signals manipulation.

Can you remove a bad review?

Only if it breaks platform rules, in which case we file the report. Otherwise the answer is a good public response and a fixed process. Most buyers read the response, not just the rating.

Is a feedback gate allowed?

Asking for private feedback is allowed. Preventing someone from leaving a public review is not, and on some platforms it will get you penalised. We build it the compliant way.

Which platforms matter?

It depends entirely on the city. Google dominates in most, but local marketplaces, industry directories and regional platforms often carry more weight for specific trades. We set the mix per city.

Can AI reply to reviews?

It drafts. A human approves. A generic automated reply to a serious complaint does more damage than silence.

Do reviews affect AI recommendations?

Increasingly, yes. Answer engines lean on aggregated sentiment and structured review data when suggesting local suppliers, which makes review volume and recency part of search strategy now.

Is reputation & review automation your highest-return system?

The audit ranks every automation by return for your specific business. Most companies discover the answer is not the one they expected.
